As customers have embraced the Access family of products, new and innovative solutions to business and clinical challenges emerged.  Often these challenges have been addressed through the use of an Access product as delivered, but at other times development changes have been made in collaboration with the customer or a customer’s vendor.

The Access development team is very customer-focused, and as such involves customers in every stage of the development process by including them in focus groups and on development ‘Scrum teams.’  This continual interaction results in solutions that address real customer needs and business problems, and products with a low lifetime cost that provide early and lasting return on investment.
