The Access Client Success Consultant acts as the primary technical and business consultant for concurrent client projects. This dynamic, hands-on role is responsible for all facets of each project including on-site project management, defining client requirements, documenting specifications, developing project plans, training, testing modifications to core functionality, and managing timelines resulting in satisfied clients and successful Access software and custom solutions implementations.

You will be responsible for the implementation, training and support of our newest product line. You will be working closely with the Development and Product Management teams in providing customer ideas and feed back for product enhancement. Travel and flexible hours are required.
You will be working with the Customer Support and Training team who are primarily responsible for customer issue resolution, product installation and on-site training. Travel and flexible hours are required.
You will be working with a tight knit team in an interactive and collaborative environment focused primarily on electronic (user) form design, workflow, and the consumption of multiple database systems (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, MySQL, etc). The team focuses on new product design and development as well as new functional designs for existing products.
