Choosing an Access enterprise solution provides you with much more than just the application. Every Access product is supported by our team of highly qualified professionals to assist you with installation, as well as operational and technical support.

Technical Support

Support is available in a standard support package (M-F, 8-5 CDT) or an extended support package (365 Days by 24 Hours).

Access has developed an online support product called SOPHOS, which allows users to electronically enter support issues and search a knowledge base of previous issues and resolutions. Any Access Certified Professional (achieved by completing Access product training and passing a knowledge certification) has a username and password to access the SOPHOS online support system.

Access customers can also call the support line during normal business hours (or after hours if extended support has been purchased) and speak to a support professional. However, reporting service issues through SOPHOS is recommended to ensure that your issue will be addressed as quickly as possible by the next available support professional.

You must be an existing Access customer with a username and password to access the following areas in SOPHOS.
