Patient Flow System (PFS):  Comprises the main print and workflow engines as well as the e-Forms design tool. This product allows you to replace pre-printed forms with electronic forms that you design. Print data from any system or application can be merged into these forms to re-format the output. The forms can then be routed to multiple output printers or ported to e-mail, fax or imaging systems.

e-Forms Repository (EFR): Is a front-end, print-on-demand and forms management module for PFS. Bundled with an interface engine, the EFR receives an HL7 ADT feed from your host system and stores patient data in a SQL database. This allows for easy patient and form selection and printing. The EFR also contains a Downtime Registration component that allows for automation of your downtime processing. An optional Physicians Services module facilitates the management of Physicians Order Sets.

e-Signature: Compatible with paper-inclusive or paperless capture devices,  e-signature software captures not only the patient signature digitally into an encrypted PDF (not a TIF on TIF process), but also captures the patient specific handwriting biometrics and encrypts these into the document for legally binding proof of authentic signature.  Access offers 3 e-Signature capture devices: e-Clipboard, e-Signature Pad, and e-Touch Tablet.

Label Printing Module:  Provides print module and printer drivers as well as a specific job ticket file which allows for the use of thermal label printers for one-up labels or armbands. This module can also be used for RFID printing.

Image Portal: Provides an electronic bridge from the PFS system directly into your document imaging system, auto-indexing the forms into the patient folder. Any application utilizing the PFS system can take advantage of this bridge.

 Universal Image Portal:  Provides an electronic bridge from any application or device that can pass indexing values in a print stream directly into your document imaging system, auto-indexing the forms into the patient folder.

E-mail Portal: Provides an electronic bridge from the PFS system to your e-mail program. An e-mail header is constructed using database lookups and the PFS form is passed as an attachment. Any application utilizing the PFS system can take advantage of this bridge.

Fax Portal:  Provides an electronic bridge from the PFS system to your faxing program.  An fax coversheet is constructed using database lookups and the PFS form is passed as an attachment. Any application utilizing the PFS system can take advantage of this bridge.

Check Printing Module:  Provides the font set for MICR printing on check stock. Allows you to eliminate pre-printed check stock, preventing outdated checks and wasted product.

Evolution (EVO) Online Forms: Provides a browser-based, online forms solution with both business and clinical workflow elements. The Evolution Forms Designer (included) allows you to develop web-based forms which are connected directly to multiple databases, moving data to and from forms directly.  Evolution establishes a web-based connection between disparate systems across the intranet or Internet. Enterprise-wide routing for information entry, review and approval (electronic signature) is a standard component of the product.
