Support is available in a standard support package (M-F, 8-5 CDT) or an extended support package (365 Days by 24 Hours).
Access has developed an on-line support product called SOPHOS. Any Access Certified Professional (achieved by being trained on the Access product and successfully passing a knowledge certification) has a username and password to access the SOPHOS on-line support system. This system provides for electronic entry of support issues as well as a searchable knowledge base of previous issues and their resolutions.
Access customers can also call the support line during normal business hours (or after hours if extended support has been purchased) and speak to a support professional. Use of the SOPHOS system is recommended as your support issue is routed to all support professionals simultaneously. This helps to insure that your issue will be addressed by the next available support professional. |
